Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective date: March 31, 2026
This policy applies to all paid products and services offered by BuilderBoard Technologies LLC through the WorkOrder platform.
Agent Pro Subscription
Cancellation. You may cancel your Agent Pro subscription at any time through the billing portal at getworkorder.com/agent/pro. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged for subsequent periods after cancellation.
Refunds. Agent Pro subscription fees are non-refundable except in the following circumstances:
- You were charged in error due to a platform bug or technical failure
- You cancelled within 48 hours of your first charge and have not used any Agent Pro features
To request a refund under these circumstances, contact us at billing@getworkorder.com within 7 days of the charge with your account email and a description of the issue.
Contractor Lead Credits
Non-refundable. Prepaid lead credits are non-refundable once purchased. Credits do not expire and remain on your account until used.
Lead credit exceptions. If you receive a lead that was delivered in error (duplicate lead, incorrect trade category, or outside your stated service area), contact support within 48 hours and we will review the request. Approved credits will be returned to your account balance, not refunded to your payment method.
How to Request a Refund
Email billing@getworkorder.com with:
- Your account email address
- The date and amount of the charge
- A brief description of why you are requesting a refund
We respond to all refund requests within 3 business days.
